Key Responsibilities
- Support M&A and strategic transaction analysis for venture-backed portfolio companies
- Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and accretion/dilution scenarios
- Conduct market, buyer, and target research to support acquisition and exit strategies
- Assist with due diligence across financials, operations, product, and competitive positioning
- Prepare transaction materials, investment memos, and internal decision documents
- Coordinate with investment bankers, legal counsel, and portfolio company management
- Track M&A activity, comparable transactions, and strategic trends across sectors
- Support exit planning initiatives, including IPO readiness and acquisition positioning
- Assist with LP updates and reporting related to realized and unrealized investments
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related analytical discipline
- Prior experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction services, or corporate development preferred
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Interest in venture capital, startups, and growth-stage company dynamics
