Key Responsibilities
- Support execution and settlement of portfolio transactions, including purchases, sales, and transfers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of portfolio positions and investment activity
- Assist with cash flow tracking, P&L reporting, and reconciliation of portfolio accounts
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and data for investment and portfolio teams
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and transaction procedures
- Collaborate with operations, finance, legal, and external counterparties to facilitate smooth transaction processing
- Identify and report operational risks, inefficiencies, or discrepancies
- Produce daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports for portfolio managers and senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of investment operations, portfolio management, or transaction processing
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with investment systems, reporting tools, or workflow software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
