What You'll Do
Gift & Data Management
- Manage all aspects of gift entry, acknowledgment, and reconciliation in Raiser’s Edge.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of donor and constituent records.
- Produce and analyze reports to support fundraising performance and donor trends.
- Oversee database audits, data cleaning, and process improvement routines.
- Serve as the main contact for in-kind donations, coordinating with staff and donors.
- Act as the lead administrator and subject-matter expert for Raiser’s Edge and related platforms.
- Maintain data protocols, documentation, and workflow standards.
- Manage user access, training, and support across teams.
- Integrate data from partner systems to provide a full picture of donor engagement.
- Create dashboards and insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
- Explore emerging tools—including AI and analytics—to improve efficiency and impact.
- Coordinate meetings and logistics for the Development & External Affairs Committee and other Advancement functions.
- Provide support for Advancement-led special events, including Inglis’ annual event BASH.
- Manage departmental expenses, subscriptions, and account tracking.
- Respond to general inquiries and serve as a resource for donors and staff.
- Collaborate with the Business Office, vendors, and internal partners to ensure operational alignment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Experience managing a donor database (Raiser’s Edge preferred) and processing gifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and written and oral communication skills.
- Collaborative spirit with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge and understanding of fundraising principles and best practices.
- 3-5 years of experience preferred.
