Your Impact

We’re seeking a highly organized Advancement Operations Manager to strengthen the backbone of our fundraising program. This position offers the opportunity to combine your analytical expertise with a passion for purpose—helping drive meaningful impact through data integrity, donor stewardship, and process excellence.

The Advancement Operations Manager ensures the smooth operation of Inglis’ fundraising systems and data platforms, including Raiser’s Edge. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, precision, and continuous improvement—and who takes pride in ensuring that every gift and record reflects the care and integrity of our mission.

You’ll serve as the Advancement team’s go-to expert for data management, reporting, and CRM optimization, helping translate numbers into insight and systems into strategy. You’ll collaborate across departments to maintain data accuracy, streamline workflows, and support donor engagement initiatives that deepen relationships and sustain our mission.

What You'll Do

Gift & Data Management

  • Manage all aspects of gift entry, acknowledgment, and reconciliation in Raiser’s Edge.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of donor and constituent records.
  • Produce and analyze reports to support fundraising performance and donor trends.
  • Oversee database audits, data cleaning, and process improvement routines.
  • Serve as the main contact for in-kind donations, coordinating with staff and donors.

Database Administration

  • Act as the lead administrator and subject-matter expert for Raiser’s Edge and related platforms.
  • Maintain data protocols, documentation, and workflow standards.
  • Manage user access, training, and support across teams.
  • Integrate data from partner systems to provide a full picture of donor engagement.
  • Create dashboards and insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Explore emerging tools—including AI and analytics—to improve efficiency and impact.

Administrative & Departmental Support

  • Coordinate meetings and logistics for the Development & External Affairs Committee and other Advancement functions.
  • Provide support for Advancement-led special events, including Inglis’ annual event BASH.
  • Manage departmental expenses, subscriptions, and account tracking.
  • Respond to general inquiries and serve as a resource for donors and staff.
  • Collaborate with the Business Office, vendors, and internal partners to ensure operational alignment.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience managing a donor database (Raiser’s Edge preferred) and processing gifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and written and oral communication skills.
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of fundraising principles and best practices.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.

Pay Rate for this Role: $72k-$78k/ annually
