Your Impact
The Environmental Services Supervisor will assigns and direct work assignments, ensures accuracy and completion of assignments in a timely manner; replenishes supplies and maintain environmental services equipment, promote a team environment and resolve problematic issues in collaboration with the Environmental Services Director. He or she will provide support in assisting the environmental services staff in delivering an overall aseptic environment for patients, staff and visitors while achieving consistent customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Education & Work Experience:
Candidate must possess minimum (5) years environmental services leadership experience within a healthcare facility.
Strong program and project management skills with the ability to create charters and project plans to define, align, and track and execute the work.
Individual must be an employee champion by developing employee and organizational relationships and
understands; values and promotes diversity.
Must possess excellent customer service skills, demonstrate the ability to understand, interpret and uphold Inglis policies.
Ability to interface and communicate effectively with leaders and all other functions in the Company. Excellent written and presentation skills.
Pay Rate for this Role: $48k-$53k/ Annually

What You'll Do
- Ensures departmental compliance with all infection control, safety and applicable city, county, and state health regulations are met.
- Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of Inglis residents.
- Establish appropriate service and staffing levels; monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; allocate resources accordingly.
- Support and implement standards for efficient, sanitary and nutritious food service for the purpose of ensuring quality and quantity of food service and preparation.
- Support Safety and Infection Control initiatives by identifying and reinforcing job functions that reduce exposure to blood borne pathogens.
