Job Summary
This role is responsible for integrating and managing assembly-related schedules to support the successful execution of technical and process changes for new projects. The position serves as the central interface for timeline coordination, ensuring data accuracy, cross-functional alignment, and early identification of conflicts across installation and commissioning activities through structured planning and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and align all assembly-related milestones to avoid scheduling conflicts impacting technical changes, installation, or commissioning
- Own and maintain fully up-to-date and accurate assembly timelines within C-Place
- Collaborate closely with responsible planners to ensure sufficient planning detail for proactive conflict identification and mitigation
- Plan, facilitate, and lead cross-functional deep-dive workshops to validate schedule inputs, resolve timing discrepancies, and drive alignment
- Support the development and harmonization of detailed stakeholder schedules, integrating them into the C-Place master plan
- Enable detailed coordination and installation sequencing using tools such as Excel, MS Project, or equivalent
- Coordinate and align Lift Assistant activities to ensure synchronization with overall assembly timelines and installation plans
Required Qualifications
- Experience in project, program, or production planning within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong understanding of milestone-based planning, installation sequencing, and commissioning processes
- Proven ability to manage schedules, identify risks, and resolve conflicts across cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with planning and scheduling tools, including master planning systems, Excel, and MS Project
- Strong communication, coordination, and workshop facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in assembly, manufacturing, or industrial project environments
- Prior ownership or advanced use of C-Place or comparable master planning tools
- Background in technical or process change implementation
- High attention to detail combined with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
