We’re looking for a Product Engineer II to support and evolve telecom-centric products and managed service solutions. What You’ll Do
- Translate business and customer needs into clear functional specifications
- Analyze and resolve moderately complex technical and service issues
- Evaluate solution options and participate in vendor assessments
- Support RFIs/RFQs and solution comparisons
- Create and maintain delivery and operational documentation
- Support service readiness, launch validation, and handoff to operations
- Work across technologies such as IoT, SD-WAN, cybersecurity, wireless, and networking
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field strongly preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 1–4 years of experience in telecom, networking, or managed services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on well-scoped deliverables
- Clear written communication and documentation skills
