This role requires hands-on coordination and ownership of project outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day project coordination across multiple active projects
- Build and manage schedules, timelines, and deliverables
- Track milestones and proactively identify and resolve delays
- Coordinate field dispatch, technician schedules, and vendor activity
- Manage work orders from assignment through completion
- Ensure field teams have accurate job packages and clear direction
- Coordinate equipment readiness, delivery, and site timing
- Provide clear, timely updates to operations, engineering, and leadership
- Maintain accurate project data in Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar tools
- Thrives in a high-urgency, operations-driven environment
- Proactive, responsive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Strong communicator who can coordinate across teams and vendors
- Holds others accountable to timelines and deliverables
Required:
- 3–5 years in project coordination, operations, dispatch, or scheduling
- Experience managing multiple high-volume workflows simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on execution and follow-through
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with field teams and vendors
- Background in telecom, networking, oilfield services, or industrial operations
- Experience supporting field operations or technical project deployment
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
