Summary
The Process Automation Manager is responsible for successfully completing projects to transform and optimize business processes.

Furthermore, we lead within Worldwide Operations and collaborate with other functional organizations.
• Developing and driving implementation schedules for high impact projects
• Managing an efficient allocation of shared resources and coordinating with internal and external teams to support delivery of projects in parallel
• Leading the execution from start to finish of process automation solutions across several teams and functions.
• Communicating upward and downward throughout the organization, raising key issues and options to resolve with stakeholders and executive teams
Key Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing project teams to deliver process improvement projects
• Experience implementing process automation using RPA, APA, and workflow orchestration tools.
• Results oriented and attention to detail
• Ability to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus
• 5 years of experience with process automation tools
