This role is responsible for successfully completing projects to transform and optimize business processes. Job Responsibilities:
Developing and driving implementation schedules for high impact projects
Managing an efficient allocation of shared resources and coordinating with internal and external teams to support delivery of projects in parallel
Leading the execution from start to finish of process automation solutions across several teams and functions.
Communicating upward and downward throughout the organization, raising key issues and options to resolve with stakeholders and executive teams
Key Qualifications:
A Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience managing project teams to deliver process improvement projects
Experience implementing process automation using RPA, APA, and workflow orchestration tools.
Results oriented and attention to detail
Ability to deliver highly complex and ambiguous large-scale initiatives under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management
Bachelor s degree in engineering preferred. Masters or MBA are considered a plus
5 years of experience with process automation tools preferred.
Type: Contract
Duration: 12 months with extension
Work Location: Cupertino, CA (on-site)
Pay range: $70.00 - $85.00 ph (DOE)
