Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, adherence to GMP standards, and a strong commitment to quality and compliance. Experience in cell therapy manufacturing will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing operations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Execute batch production activities including material preparation, processing, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and timely production records and logs.
- Monitor equipment and report any deviations or malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Participate in investigations, deviations, and CAPA activities as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, and Engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field with a minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience OR
- High School Diploma (HSD) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cell therapy or biologics manufacturing
- Knowledge of aseptic processing and cleanroom operations
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA, etc.)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
