Manufacturing Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician with at least 2 years of experience in GMP manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will support production operations by following established procedures, ensuring compliance with cGMP standards, and contributing to efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment in accordance with SOPs, MPRs, SPRs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform manufacturing operations including solution preparation, cell culture, purification, and formulation.
• Accurately execute and maintain cGMP documentation and batch records.
• Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support production activities.
• Collaborate with team members and train on equipment operations as required.
• Identify and support resolution of non-routine issues on the production floor.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to company values, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in GMP/cGMP manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Strong understanding of GMP standards, documentation practices, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs with high accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES preferred).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.).
