What You Will Be Doing:
This position works collaboratively across all departments to enhance the customer experience and drive strong sales outcomes. Its primary focus is to champion a customer-first approach, demonstrate intentional leadership, and support the success of sales managers, brokers, and the organization as a whole
Qualifications:
- Provides exceptional solutions that support the small group strategies
- Assists in evaluating target brokers & deploying a plan for successful engagement
- Builds and maintains strong product knowledge
- Current Accident and Health and Life Insurance License
- Two to three years of related experience (customer service, health insurance, administrative support, etc)
