What You Will Be Doing:
Scrum Master: Responsible for software and product development teams, ensuring that they adhere to the principles of Agile practices and scrum framework values. Their primary goal is to enhance team efficiency and offer motivation and guidance for process improvement. They are in a very immature agile environment and need someone to meet the teams where they are.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project development experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience with Scrum framework
- Jira or Confluence
- Exposure to release management
- Financial Services background preferred/ Trade
