Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time
Note:
The role will be
hybrid
with AT LEAST
one day in the Rocky Hill
office per week (
usually Tuesdays,
but this can vary per week). Some weeks
more days
in the office may be required, or a specific day may be required

Our client is a
global industrial and consumer products manufacturer.
We are looking for a
Technical Service Representative (Adhesives).
- This role will be responsible for providing our customers, distribution partners, and sales reps with technical support on our
adhesive products
and solutions through our technical helpline. - Responsible for providing timely support for
technical inquiries
via
phone
,
email
, and
web chat. - Need to visualize mechanical situations and work with customers to determine the best products to use while identifying potential leads.
- This position provides an entry into the world of
adhesives - staff in this role are highly regarded as experts in the adhesive world.
- Expected to be available for on-site technical training as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or College Degree in Trades.
- Technical or mechanical aptitude/Hands-on experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong customer-related communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Proficient at navigating
Microsoft Office
and web-based programs. - Good home internet connection.
- French language is an asset.
