Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator (Order Management)

Pay Rate: $22/HR

Duration: 5 months

Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid - Tuesday–Thursday in office; Monday and Friday work from home)

Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division.


We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator (Order Management) to support accurate and timely order management from entry through fulfillment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales teams, cross-functional partners, and customers to process orders, allocate products, and provide registration assistance. The ideal candidate excels in Microsoft Excel, brings preferred experience with SAP, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are essential, along with the ability to recognize and escalate issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.


  • Manage customer orders and product allocations from entry through fulfillment.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Maintain and update order information within internal systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Process orders using SAP (preferred but not required).
  • Identify and escalate customer issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment while supporting excellent customer experience.
  • Proactively engage with customers to educate them on processes and available service offerings.
  • Other duties as needed or assigned.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience with order processing is preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Windows applications; advanced Excel skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including prior phone-based customer interaction.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, reliable, and supportive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with SAP (preferred).
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
