Job Title: Project Coordinator (Construction)
Pay Rate: $25 to $26.50/Hr
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Holly Springs, NC 27540 (Onsite)
Shift - 8 AM to 5 PM (1 hour lunch)
This position is for the Building Automation division.
We are looking for a Construction Administrative Assistant
- Will be working on a construction site.
- Coordinating materials, material tracking, and procurement tracking.
- Onsite coordination.
- Will assist with the automation field.
- Tracking emails and other PM’s emails.
- Note-taking during a meeting.
- Warehouse in Clayton, but may need to drive only when needed (not frequently).
- Keeping up with the schedule of the project, formulas, and data in Excel spreadsheets.
- A laptop will be provided for the assignment.
Requirements:
- AS degree with 2 years of experience.
- Basic Excel knowledge is needed.
- SAP, Power BI, and ECT (internal specific) – not needed, but a plus if you have the experience.
- Blue Beam REVU – not needed, but a plus if you have the experience.
- Knowledge about fire alarms and automation is good knowledge to have, since it will be discussed daily.
- Should be organized and detail-oriented.
- Know time management.
Salary : $27
