Title: Talent Development Consultant - Talent Development Consultant

Location: 13123 E 16th Avenue Aurora, Colorado 80045

Duration: 13 weeks Contract

***This role will be required to facilitate Orientation in Colorado Springs 2-3 Mondays a month approximately 730am-12pm

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related field is required.

Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in corporate training or organizational development is required.

Equivalency: A minimum of eight (8) years of related experience in corporate training or organizational development may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.

Job Qualifications Core Responsibilities:

Management of pre‑orientation logistics specific to the Colorado Springs location Facilitation of Team Member Orientation at the Colorado Springs site Support refinement and documentation of performance review processes and tools, including: Goal setting Performance evaluation Calibration Consultation and response to client needs related to: Onboarding Performance management Career pathways Team Member Experience (TMX) Engagement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated strong facilitation skills in complex topics and content such as: Performance management Employee engagement Human Resources policy and process changes Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design and product development Demonstrated successful program and project management skills Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority Demonstrated ability to multitask in a high‑pace, ever‑changing, and complex environment
