We are looking for Sr. Business Process Improvement Consultant in Laurel, MD for 12 months contract position.

Experience/Qualifications
· Minimum five years of direct experience as Business Analyst/ Business Process Analyst
· Demonstrated prior Business Process Management (BPM) experience
· Bachelors’ degree required; higher degree preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (for example, computer science) or in English, Professional Writing, or another language-related field
· Experience writing technical documentation
· Excellent writing skills
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact frequently with technical research and development personnel
· Ability to work productively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
· Ability to problem solve and work independently with minimal supervision
· Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
· Expert in Use Case creation and analysis
