📍 Assignment Details:
- Location: Grand Rapids, MI
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Full-Time, 36 Hours/Week
- Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Shift Pattern: 3x12s
- Weekend Rotation: Every Other Weekend
💰 Compensation:
- Travel Pay rate: $2,074 weekly gross ($19/hr on W2 $1390 weekly per diem)
- Local Pay rate: $45/hr on W2
🏥 Unit:
You will primarily work on an Oncology/Medical Surgical unit with the opportunity to float to other Medical Surgical units based on patient care needs. Oncology experience is preferred but not required.
✅ Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes.
🎯 Requirements:
- Active Michigan RN License
- Current BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Recent Medical Surgical RN experience
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment
