Job Description
The Help Desk Analyst provides Tier 2 technical support to ~15,000 users using the ServiceNow ticketing system. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software issues, workstation and desktop support, MS Office 365 assistance, network connectivity issues, and general user access support.
Skills Required
1 year Help Desk / IT Support experience (Required)
1 year customer service experience, including phone/video support (Required)
