Position Title: Service Desk Analyst (NOC Comms Specialist *3rd Shift*)
Position Type: Long Term Contract (Onsite)
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Interview Process: Video Only
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hour per week schedule: Saturday through Wednesday - 12:00am-8:30am with an hour unpaid lunch
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong phone etiquette.
- Ability to support end-users with diverse technical skill levels.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, Knowledgebase guidelines, and documented workflows.
- Highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Basic troubleshooting ability and understanding of when to escalate issues.
- Experience with incident management, call tracking, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in system administration, help desk, or call center support roles.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
