Sales Director – Energy and Oilfield Services
Location: Remote but preferably in Texas or Colorado
Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 base salary plus performance incentives

The organization provides specialized technical services that support operators and industrial clients with measurement, compliance, and operational data critical to safe and efficient operations.
This position is suited to a sales leader who understands how to sell complex technical services into oil and gas environments and can guide both strategic account development and new business growth. The role requires experience working within the oilfield services market and managing high performing sales teams.
The Sales Director will work closely with senior leadership while developing relationships with key stakeholders across operators, engineering teams, and procurement groups.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead revenue growth initiatives across energy and industrial markets
• Manage and develop a high performing sales team focused on strategic account growth and new business acquisition
• Build and expand relationships with operators, industrial clients, and technical stakeholders
• Develop sales strategies that support market expansion and long term service agreements
• Work closely with operational and technical teams to ensure client requirements are effectively delivered
• Maintain visibility across the sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting for executive leadership
Required Experience
• Demonstrated success selling services into oilfield services environments
• Experience managing sales teams and driving performance against revenue targets
• Strong background managing complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple decision makers
• Track record of developing strategic accounts and securing new business opportunities
• Ability to build relationships with operational leaders, engineering stakeholders, and procurement teams
• Experience working in technical, relationship driven sales environments
