About the Role: We are seeking a DOB Licensed Construction Superintendent for Removal of underground storage tanks project in Queens, this is a coverage requirement for 2 weeks, shift will be 7 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday.

Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for the removal of underground storage tanks, ensuring work is executed safely and in compliance with NYC DOB regulations.
- Monitor excavation, tank removal, and backfilling activities to ensure adherence to approved project plans, environmental guidelines, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain required logs, reports, and documentation as per DOB requirements and project standards.
- Enforce site safety protocols, including hazard identification, PPE compliance, and coordination of any required inspections or permits.
- Valid DOB License Superintendent.
