Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Lead Business Analyst to support large-scale healthcare and case management application initiatives within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading end-to-end IT projects, gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholders, vendors, and project deliverables.
This role will support critical systems related to investigations, quality management, operations, legal business functions, and integrated healthcare applications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis.
- Strong experience managing large-scale IT application projects.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and project documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience creating and managing project plans, schedules, and status reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with vendor coordination and issue resolution.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools.
