Qualifications
- Solid foundation in Finance and Accounting, including understanding of accounts payable processes and basic general ledger concepts.
- Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail to review invoices, identify discrepancies, and support reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience with Invoicing, including data entry, matching to purchase orders, and preparing payments.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for working with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance with finance policies.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or general accounting support role is preferred but not strictly required.
