A rapidly growing aerospace machine shop in Longmont is looking to add experienced CNC Machinist Programmers as they continue to expand. The company has recently moved into a larger climate controlled facility and invested heavily in new equipment, technology, and personnel to support a growing backlog of aerospace and precision manufacturing work.
We're looking for true cradle to grave CNC Machinist/Programmers who enjoy owning the entire process, from reviewing prints and programming parts to setup, prove out, and production. Strong CNC milling experience is required, and candidates with aerospace machining backgrounds and MasterCAM programming experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
• Program CNC mills (3,4, and 5 axis machines) using MasterCAM
• Set up and operate CNC machining centers
• Develop machining strategies for complex precision components
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
• Select tooling, toolpaths, and optimize machining processes
• Troubleshoot programs and machining issues
• Work closely with quality and engineering teams
Qualifications
• MasterCAM programming experience
• CNC machining and setup experience
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with 3, 4, or 5 axis machining centers
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
