Job Title: Operations Clerk II

Duration: 12 MONTHS
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Position Summary:
The Operations Clerk II is responsible for supporting branch operations through data analysis, data cleansing, and accounts receivable support. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to resolve discrepancies and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, review, and cleanse data to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Investigate and resolve accounts receivable issues and discrepancies
- Support billing, invoicing, and payment processes
- Create and manage orders in ERP systems (SAP or similar)
- Handle customer order issues and non-compliance cases
- Perform non-routine administrative and operational tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams and external customers
- Maintain proper documentation and business records
- Support multiple business units and operational processes
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Required Skills:
- Data analysis and data cleansing
- Accounts receivable and billing support
- ERP systems experience (SAP preferred)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- CRM or Field Service system experience (preferred)
- Ability to research and resolve discrepancies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
