Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active, learn new skills, and see what you accomplished at the end of your shift?

Index Packaging is looking for dependable Production Assemblers to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team. You'll help build custom packaging products using foam, corrugated, and other materials while learning different production processes and equipment.

Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. We are willing to train dependable people who are ready to work and learn.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble custom packaging products according to work orders and specifications.
• Measure materials accurately using tape measures and production instructions.
• Operate designated cutting, gluing, packaging, and other production equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Palletize, wrap, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with your team to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Learn different production processes and equipment as you gain experience.

You May Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In:

• Manufacturing or production
• Assembly
• Packaging
• Warehouse work
• Machine operation
• Construction or other hands-on work
• Using hand tools or measuring tools

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and movement throughout the shift.
• Regular lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team lifting when needed.
