We’re looking for dependable Manufacturing Assemblers to join our production team.

What You’ll Do
As a Manufacturing Assembler, you’ll help build custom packaging products using foam, corrugated, and related materials.
Daily responsibilities may include:
- Assembling packaging products according to work orders and specifications.
- Measuring materials accurately using tape measures and production instructions.
- Operating manufacturing equipment such as cutting, gluing, and packaging machinery.
- Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Preparing finished products for shipment, including palletizing, wrapping, and labeling.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Supporting team production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking reliable team players who are ready to work and learn.
Helpful experience includes:
- Manufacturing or production work.
- Assembly experience.
- Packaging or warehouse experience.
- Machine operation.
- Hand tools or measuring tools.
You should be comfortable with:
- Standing for extended periods.
- Fast-paced production work.
- Reading a tape measure.
- Following written and verbal instructions.
- Physical work including lifting and movement.
No specialized packaging experience? That’s okay, we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Physical Requirements
This is an active manufacturing role requiring:
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Regular lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Team lifting when needed.
This is a hands-on production environment.
