Independent Artist Group (IAG) was born upon the merger of Agency for the Performing Arts (APA) and Artist Group International (IAG) in the summer of 2023. What We Are Looking For
This position will assist two seasoned Agents in our Alternative and Factual Programming department, as well as participate in supporting the Agency's top tier production company, showrunner, director, and onscreen/touring talent rosters. The position requires a communicative and thoughtful individual who can take initiative while learning on the job.
Duties
- Rolling calls, managing calendars, and taking notes
- Tracking client schedules, potential opportunities, and overall execution of deals
- Collecting and assembling client and creative submissions
- Managing departmental records/databases, and cross-departmental grids
- Optimizing efficiency and communication between agents, clients, studios, production partners, and network buyers
- Maintain and track expenses
- Assist with special projects, research, and compiling information as needed

Education And Experience
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or 1-2 years’ of professional experience
· Prior agency and/or management experience is a plus
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
