Account Executive – IT Staffing

Commercial Programming Systems, Inc. (CPS) is an Information Technology consulting and staffing company offering a broad range of services aimed at helping our clients deliver high-quality, cost-effective systems.

We are currently searching for an Account Executive – IT Staffing. This is a fully remote position, and the selected candidate can work from anywhere within the United States.

This role is a salary plus commission opportunity with uncapped earning potential. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT staffing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing relationships
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within IT and technical hiring environments
• Partner with recruiting teams to deliver qualified candidates that meet client needs
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation and close
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire)
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within CRM systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3 moths of experience in IT staffing
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and staffing models
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and competitive mindset
