Account Executive - Sales
Location: San Fernando, CA (Fully Onsite)

We're seeking a high-performing Account Executive to own a defined territory and portfolio, build strong customer partnerships, and drive year-over-year revenue growth using a consultative, solutions-focused sales approach.
This role manages the full sales cycle-from prospecting to close-working closely with customers and internal R&D teams to deliver tailored solutions. Success requires strong relationship-building skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key Focus Areas

Grow and manage assigned accounts and territory
Develop strategic sales plans and identify new opportunities
Collaborate with R&D to deliver customer-aligned solutions
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Travel 50% to support customers and business needs

Requirements

3 years of strategic sales experience
Bachelor's degree (Food Science preferred or equivalent experience)
Strong communication, organization, and customer-focus
Valid driver's license; travel flexibility required
