Project Management
- Lead a large insurance-based customer portal project collaborating with internal and external development teams
- Insurance industry experience is required
- Understanding claims and billing is preferred
- a true servant leader who can meet the team and agile organization where they are to support a high performing scrum and operate as a bridge builder, built trust, and lead scrum ceremonies.
- Scrum Master and/or Project Management experience
- Experience supporting multiple agile teams simultaneously
- Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience
- Insurance industry experience is preferred
- Must have Jira / confluence / Atlassian experience
