Responsibilities
- Prepare civil engineering designs for land development and redevelopment projects
- Perform grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management design
- Develop plans and supporting documentation utilizing Civil 3D and related design software
- Coordinate with survey, environmental, and permitting teams
- Support project managers in client communication and project delivery
- Assist with permitting and regulatory approvals
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and technical execution
Qualifications
Required
- 4-6 years of civil engineering experience
- Experience with site development, grading, drainage, and utility design
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- EIT certification
Preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
- Experience with HydroCAD and stormwater design
- Desire to advance into project management responsibilities
