Compensation And Benefits
- Base salary: $120,000–$275,000, depending on experience, level, and fit.
- Eligible for discretionary biannual bonuses based on individual performance.

Responsibilities
- Handle plaintiff-side employment litigation matters across a range of practice areas.
- Manage cases through the litigation process, from initial investigation and pleadings through discovery, mediation, and resolution.
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, written discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Take and defend depositions, as appropriate to experience.
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Develop case strategy and communicate with clients.
- For senior or lead attorneys, mentor and supervise junior attorneys as appropriate.
- Active Minnesota Bar membership in good standing.
- Employment law or employment litigation experience preferred.
- Plaintiff-side experience preferred; attorneys with defense-side experience may also be considered.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage cases and deadlines independently, with support from the broader team.
Salary : $120,000 - $275,000
