Compensation & Hours
- Base Salary: $100,000 – $275,000 (DOE)
- Bonus eligible
- Annual Hours Expectation: Approximately 1,900
- National platform with sophisticated litigation matters
- Flexible remote and hybrid work structure
- Broad commercial and general liability caseload (not niche or siloed)
- Strong mentorship, support, and infrastructure
- Clear runway for advancement
- Defending clients in commercial litigation and general liability matters
- Handling cases from pleadings through resolution
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Managing discovery and taking and defending depositions
- Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations
- Working directly with clients and litigation teams
- 1 year of experience in commercial litigation and/or general liability defense
- Active Arizona bar license in good standing (or ability to obtain)
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Experience with discovery and motion practice
- Deposition experience is a plus but not required
- Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple matters
