Position: Site Civil Engineer
Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Full Remote
Inceed has partnered with a nationally leading Architecture and Engineering firm to help find a skilled Site Civil Engineer to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, multi-discipline A&E consulting firm with a strong market presence. The role offers a chance to work on diverse and complex site development projects with both regional and national reach. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead diverse, complex site development projects
- Collaborate with architecture, structural, MEP, and construction teams
- Solve challenges across utilities, grading, drainage, and infrastructure
- Mentor and guide younger designers/engineers
- Influence design approaches and client outcomes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 8 years of site civil design experience
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- Strong technical expertise in site development
- Experience with utilities, grading, and stormwater management
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in mentoring and leadership roles
- Familiarity with diverse client projects nationwide
- Active affiliation with professional service organizations
