Revenue Accounting Advisor

Position: Revenue Accounting Advisor

Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Revenue Accounting Advisor to join their team!

Join a dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in coordinating and completing month-end revenue close processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on process improvements and efficiency. This position is open due to company growth and offers the chance to work closely with various departments to ensure smooth revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Coordinate and complete month-end revenue close processes
• Review revenue vouchers for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain close working relationships with various departments
• Meet all revenue distribution deadlines
• Create workflow processes between team members
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
• Resolve escalated issues with operations and other departments
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• 10 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of revenue and general accounting principles
• Experience with MS Excel, including XLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• 8 years of experience with an Oil and Gas upstream company
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
• Experience with process improvements for efficiency
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
