Position: Sr. Business Analyst
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

This is a strong opportunity for a business analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and partnering closely with both business and technical teams. In this role, you will help shape workflow solutions, support automation efforts, and contribute to meaningful improvements across the organization. The team is seeking someone who is collaborative, curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes
- Identify opportunities for workflow and process improvement
- Translate business needs into future-state solutions
- Build workflow applications using automation tools
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
- Support testing, UAT, and solution implementation
- Assist with training and user adoption efforts
- Manage multiple projects and priorities
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Clear communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Experience documenting business processes and workflows
- Ability to work through ambiguity and identify risks
- Experience supporting testing or UAT
- Comfort working in a team-oriented environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Exposure to workflow automation tools such as Decisions
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath
- Familiarity with Jira or similar tracking tools
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Background supporting forms or system design work
