Office Clerk

Position: Office Clerk

Compensation: $19 - 20 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Sapulpa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Office Clerk to join their team!

This is a great contract opportunity for a detail-oriented office professional who enjoys keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll support a busy team with a mix of clerical, administrative, and coordination tasks in a collaborative environment. With hands-on training provided and the chance to support important storm-related work, this role offers variety, visibility, and the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle mail processing, phone calls, and gate access.
• Support timekeeping and p-card reporting activities.
• Assist field teams with ticket-related coordination.
• Perform light CAD-related work as needed.
• Maintain records and support confidential documentation.
• Prepare reports and grouped materials for department use.
• Order supplies and assist with general office needs.
• Provide backup support to other clerical team members.
• Support storm coverage and inspection logistics when needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of directly related experience required.
• Strong clerical and office support skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Previous exposure to utility or field support work.
• Familiarity with CAD-related administrative tasks.
• Experience supporting reports or budget-related tasks.

Other Information:

• Onsite role with a collaborative office environment.
• May require overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Potential light travel for storm inspections.
• Training will be provided by the current clerk.
