Position: Office Clerk
Compensation: Starting at $19 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Ardmore, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Office Clerk to join their team!
This is a great opportunity to step into a stable, fast-paced office support role with a respected utility organization. You’ll support daily operations, help keep information flowing smoothly, and play a key part in keeping the department organized and responsive. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and being the go-to person behind the scenes, this could be a strong fit.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Handle mail processing for inbound and outbound items
- Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Manage gate access and support site entry needs
- Assist with timekeeping and related reporting
- Help the field team with ticket-related tasks
- Maintain records, supplies, and office materials
- Complete additional clerical duties as assigned
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of related clerical experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Dependable and accurate work style
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ERP systems
- Prior office support in a utility environment
- Experience supporting reports and records management
- Familiarity with basic office equipment
