Position: Desk Side Support Analyst
Compensation: $30 - $40 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Midland, Texas

As a Desk Side Support Analyst, you'll work closely with the Technical Support Supervisor, providing top-notch support for end-users. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with leading-edge technology and contribute to significant projects within the company.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide customer-centric support to end-users
- Troubleshoot and maintain local site hardware and software
- Collaborate with internal and external management on technical solutions
- Participate in system replacement and upgrade projects
- Travel up to 40% for maintenance and installations
- Provide general end-user training and documentation
- Coordinate technology evaluations and deployments
- Analyze problems to determine trends and solutions
- Adhere to ITIL methodologies for service lifecycle management
- Ensure high reliability and usability of delivered solutions
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3 years of desktop support experience
- Proven knowledge of Windows 10, SharePoint, Office 365
- Valid passport and ability to travel within North America
- Experience with ITIL compliant service management software
- Strong communication skills and documentation ability
- Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Terminal Boss, Bourque Data Systems, SCADA
- Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of industry standard end-user technologies
