Position: Office Clerk

Compensation: $19/hour

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Office Clerk to join their team!

This is a great opportunity to support a busy office environment where organization, professionalism, and strong communication skills make a real impact. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for calls, visitors, mail, and deliveries while helping keep daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy being hands-on, staying organized, and contributing to a mission-driven team, this contract opportunity could be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Answer and route incoming calls professionally.
• Take and relay accurate messages promptly.
• Process referrals and complete forms accurately.
• Sort, distribute, and mail incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Receive and deliver packages to the correct staff members.
• Download and securely distribute incoming faxes.
• Print braille documents, labels, and accessible materials.
• Maintain reception, mail, supply, and records areas.
• Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks.
• Handle confidential information with care.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Basic computer and email proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Prior administrative or reception experience.
• Experience handling mail, faxes, or deliveries.
• Familiarity with accessible document handling.
• Experience supporting office supply coordination.

Other Information:
