Position: Help Desk Service Agent
Compensation: $19 - $20 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Olathe, Kansas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Help Desk Service Agent to join their team!
This is a great contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced support environment and enjoys helping end users solve technical issues. You’ll join a busy, collaborative service desk team supporting a high-volume ERP environment, where strong communication and thorough documentation make a real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer inbound calls and work service desk tickets promptly
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Support monitors, headsets, and end-user devices
- Document ticket details clearly and thoroughly
- Use remote tools to assist users efficiently
- Deliver professional customer service in every interaction
- Follow up on issues through resolution
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Background in technical customer service support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced call queue
- Detail-oriented ticket documentation skills
- Basic troubleshooting experience with end-user devices
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Exposure to Microsoft-based environments
- Experience supporting Dell hardware
- Previous contact center experience
- Retail technical support background
