Corporate Support Technician

Position: Corporate Support Technician

Compensation: $23 - $30/hour, depending on experience

Location: Hastings, NE

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Corporate Support Technician to join their team!

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users, and working across a dynamic onsite environment. You’ll partner closely with technical teams to keep endpoints, peripherals, printers, and audiovisual systems running smoothly while supporting a fast-paced corporate campus.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide onsite support for endpoints, peripherals, printers, and Office applications
• Gather details and route network requests to the appropriate technical team
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and audiovisual issues for end users
• Document repairs, installations, and support activity in ticketing systems
• Track endpoint assignments, moves, replacements, and returns
• Assist with device setup, maintenance, and security readiness
• Work in IDFs and MDFs with proper documentation and cable management
• Support technology installs and troubleshooting in active construction areas
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3 years of desktop or helpdesk experience, or equivalent leadership experience
• Experience supporting corporate end-user computing environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of network basics, switches, access points, and structured cabling
• Comfortable working in IDFs and MDFs
• Ability to follow safety procedures in active construction areas
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with remote support tools such as Bomgar
• Experience using Salesforce or ServiceNow
• IT certifications such as A , MCP, MCDST, or CCNA
• Previous experience in a 24/7 corporate IT environment

Other Information:

• Primarily onsite role with limited remote flexibility possible later
• Standard business hours with occasional after-hours support
• No regular weekend schedule required
• Role includes work in active construction and restricted access areas
• OSHA safety training and PPE compliance are required
