We're Hiring: Help Desk Analyst
Location: Olathe, KS | Type: Full-Time Schedule: Hybrid – onsite 3 days and remote 2 days. In office first 60 days for training

️ What You’ll Do:
As a Help Desk Analyst, you'll be the first line of defense for technical issues. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user issues, all while delivering top-notch support and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and resolve technical support tickets via phone, email, and ticketing system
Troubleshoot PCs, networks, software, and mobile devices
Set up and manage user accounts, phone systems, and voicemail
Maintain inventory, document support tasks, and identify recurring issues
Escalate more difficult problems to Tier 2 support and participate in IT projects
Create helpful user guides and knowledge base articles
Keep IT workspaces and assets organized and updated
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who’s tech-savvy, customer-focused, and eager to grow.
Required:
Associate degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience
1–3 years of technical support experience in a business setting with PC hardware, data networking, and software troubleshooting
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Bonus Points For:
Working toward or holding certifications like CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
Degree in Information Technology or a related field
Ability to break down complex tech into everyday language
