Position: Estimator

Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Estimator to join their team!

This is a strong direct hire opportunity for an experienced construction estimator who enjoys turning plans into accurate, competitive bids. You’ll play a key role in supporting project planning, protecting margins, and helping awarded work transition smoothly into operations. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Prepare accurate estimates for competitive and conceptual bids
• Perform detailed take-offs for multiple project scopes
• Solicit, track, and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
• Organize and manage the bid submission process
• Develop project information sheets for internal coordination
• Monitor material pricing and cost changes
• Support project handoff to operations after award
• Prepare reports and communicate project risks or concerns
• Build and maintain subcontractor relationships

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous construction estimating experience
• Experience reviewing plans and specifications
• Experience developing project estimates and budgets
• Experience soliciting and evaluating subcontractor bids
• Experience performing construction take-offs
• Strong understanding of construction costs and materials
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience using digital take-off software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience with CM projects
• Experience coordinating project budgets with operations
• Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Experience maintaining subcontractor databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
