Position: Plant Financial Analyst
Compensation: $ 100000 - 110000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Plant Financial Analyst to join their team!
This is a great opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys being close to the operation and turning data into meaningful action. In this role, you will partner with plant leadership to improve visibility into performance, strengthen cost control, and support decisions that drive efficiency and margin improvement.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Partner with plant leadership on financial targets and forecasts
- Build budgets and rolling forecasts using operational drivers
- Perform variance analysis for labor, overhead, and materials
- Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Improve reporting accuracy and data quality with plant teams
- Track operational and financial metrics across the facility
- Prepare reports and present insights to leadership
- Support continuous improvement in financial processes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- At least 4 years of relevant finance experience
- Manufacturing finance or FP&A experience required
- Strong background in cost accounting and variance analysis
- Experience with financial modeling and reporting
- Ability to connect operational drivers to financial results
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with ERP systems strongly preferred
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CPA or CFA certification
- Machine manufacturing experience
- Experience in plant-level finance environments
- Exposure to process improvement initiatives
- Experience presenting to plant and finance leadership
