Plant Financial Analyst

Position: Plant Financial Analyst

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Redmond, Oregon

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Plant Financial Analyst to join their team!

This is a strong opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys being close to the business and making a direct impact on plant performance. In this role, you’ll support operational leaders with financial insight, cost analysis, and reporting that drives better decisions across the facility. You’ll join an organization that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and clear financial visibility.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Partner with plant leadership on forecasts and financial targets.
• Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts using production assumptions.
• Analyze variances and identify root causes for performance shifts.
• Review labor, overhead, material usage, and productivity trends.
• Support standardized plant metrics and reporting improvements.
• Translate operational data into clear financial recommendations.
• Present insights and reports to plant and finance leadership.
• Support continuous improvement efforts across financial processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4 years of finance or related experience.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Cost and variance analysis experience is required.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and plant metrics.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience working with ERP systems.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in machine manufacturing environments.
• Background in production-driven financial analysis.
• CPA or CFA certification.
• Experience improving reporting accuracy and data quality.
• Exposure to operational performance review processes.
