Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support sales and commercial activities with a focus on growth
- Evaluate quotes, pricing actions, and opportunities through financial analysis
- Analyze bookings, shipments, and margin trends for insights
- Monitor commercial performance indicators and improve reporting
- Partner with leadership on pricing and sales initiatives
- Support forecasting, planning, and reforecasting processes
- Prepare variance analyses and concise narratives
- Work cross-functionally to align commercial assumptions
- Improve reporting consistency and quality
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
- 4-6 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools
- Experience with large datasets and business insights
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing or operationally complex environments
- Support for pricing, quoting, and margin analysis
- Experience with ERP, BI, CRM, SAP, or Adaptive tools
- Exposure to project-based or make-to-order environments
